I always fing horse racing curious. Would it exist without the betting?
Most sport seems to attract enthusiasts at all levels, who will find a way to participate however they can. For instance motor racing has many different levels from F1 down to ordinary people cobbling together a cheap banger to race others with similar bangers just for fun.
This doesn't seem to apply to horse racing. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I have never heard of enthusiasts with cheap nags organising amateur horse racing just for fun.
Or is this bollocks and it does happen?

Golf - Is for cunts... everybody knows that
Squash - An activity devised for aggressive coke-heads as far as I can fathom
Cricket - I's as dry as fuck to watch and participate in
Judo - Bloody boring - there are better marshal arts that are much more fun
American Football - Surely the most over-elaborate waste of time and money ever invented

Yeh I put golf twice.
Not a bad sport to play but I was terrible at it and I can play all other ball / hand eye type sports to a reasonable level.
It's more the wankers it attracts and it is boring as fuck to watch.
